Cancel

Available
What it does
Cancel your plan from Plans and payment in your Adobe account. Your Adobe account stays active with free membership benefits.
What you keep
  • Your Adobe account and free membership benefits
  • Work saved on your computer
  • Lightroom original images, stored for one year after the membership lapses
What stops or goes
  • Access to paid apps and services when the current billing period ends
  • Cloud storage drops to 5 GB. If you are over the limit, you have 30 days to reduce your usage. After 30 days you could lose access to some or all files on Creative Cloud servers.
  • Files in free cloud storage may be permanently deleted after a period of inactivity. Adobe sends an email notice before deletion.
Billing
Access to paid apps and services ends when the current billing period finishes. For most plans, cancelling within 14 days of the first purchase gives a full refund. Under Adobe's US terms, an annual plan paid monthly has an early termination fee if you cancel after 14 days.
Coming back
If you change your mind within the billing period, you can reactivate your plan from your Adobe account. Your apps, services and storage are restored and billing continues as scheduled.
