Driver's license and ID
Idaho's Change of Address Request (ITD 3239) updates both your driver's license address and your vehicle registration address. You can update online at dmvonline.itd.idaho.gov or mail the form to ITD in Boise.
Vehicle registration
The same Idaho Change of Address Request (ITD 3239) also updates your vehicle registration address, online or by mail. To buy a new registration, you must visit your local county DMV.
Voter registration
You need to update your Idaho voter registration when you move, and the process is the same as registering for the first time. You can update online, or print, fill out and mail the voter registration form to your county clerk's office.

Tell the IRS by using your new address when you file, by sending Form 8822 or a signed written statement, or by telling them in person or by phone.
Mail forwarding
Change your address with USPS online or at your local Post Office. Mail is then forwarded to your new address. Standard mail forwarding lasts 12 months.
