Driver's license and ID
License holders must notify the DMV within ten days of any change in address. You can do it online, by mail with the Change of Address form, or at a DMV branch.
Vehicle registration
The DMV keeps one physical and one mailing address per customer, so an update changes all your DMV records. Updated registration certificates need a separate application for each registration.
Voter registration
Update your voter record online through the Voter Information Center. You need your Rhode Island driver's license or state ID.
