Driver's license and ID
You must notify Oregon DMV within 30 days of changing your address. You can change your personal address online or by phone.
Vehicle registration
DMV does not send a new registration card when you change your address. You can write the new address on your current card, or apply for a new card online, by mail or at a DMV office.
Voter registration
Oregon's online voter registration page says you can use My Vote to update your voter registration.

Tell the IRS by using your new address when you file, by sending Form 8822 or a signed written statement, or by telling them in person or by phone.
Mail forwarding
Change your address with USPS online or at your local Post Office. Mail is then forwarded to your new address. Standard mail forwarding lasts 12 months.
