Driver's license and ID
Vermont law requires you to notify the DMV within 30 days of any change to your address. Change it online through myDMV, or complete form VL-021 and mail it or bring it to a DMV office by appointment.
Vehicle registration
Vehicle and license records are not connected, so you must update registration documents separately. Vehicle records must also be updated within 30 days of moving.
