You must notify the Driver License Division of your new address within ten days. The easiest way is online. A new card with the new address needs an in-office visit. CDL holders cannot update online.

Voter registration

Update your existing address online with a Utah driver license or state ID, by mailing or emailing the paper form to your County Clerk, or in person at the County Clerk's office.
