Driver's license and ID
If the address on your Ohio license or ID needs to change, you must buy a duplicate card at a deputy registrar license agency. Online reprints are only for cards with no changes.
Voter registration
Use Ohio's online system to update your address. If you can't use it, complete the Voter Registration and Information Update Form and send it to your county board of elections.

Internal Revenue Service
Tell the IRS by using your new address when you file, by sending Form 8822 or a signed written statement, or by telling them in person or by phone.
Mail forwarding
Change your address with USPS online or at your local Post Office. Mail is then forwarded to your new address. Standard mail forwarding lasts 12 months.
